Who is a swim school member? You are a member if you or your children are enrolled into the swim school and attend a swimming class with us and you will have registered with The Flipper Club Swimphony system. If you are not currently a member and would like to enquire about swimming lessons please get in touch here.
All up-to-date information regarding your swimmers lesson times, location, teacher, Learn to Swim stage and swimmer progress is found in your Swimphony account. Swim school payments are also made via Swimphony and you can see the status of your payments.

Yes, log into Swimphony and you can see the details of the swimming lessons you’ve booked.

This is done through the payments section on Swimphony. You will also receive a confirmation email when you are booked on to the classes.

You can track the progress of your swimmer through Swimphony - Learn to Swim stages, Distance, Water Skills, Water Safety…

Yes, when your swimmer has achieved a badge you will get an email with instructions on purchasing the certificate and badge.
